Graystone Manor Apartments are conveniently located at 204 East Water Street in Slippery Rock, PA. It consists of 50 apartments (50 one-bedroom) of affordable housing for limited-income individuals, age 50 or older. Rent is based on income, electric not included; in turn the Housing Authority subtracts a utility allowance from monthly rent calculations. Resident is also responsible for telephone and cable TV.

• $37,600 for individual
• $42,950 for couple
