Homeownership Program
The Butler County Homeownership Program was established in 1997 to increase homeownership opportunities for low to moderate income families in the County. The program not only benefits these families, but the community as a whole by reviving deteriorated housing and spurring revitalization in deteriorating neighborhoods, increasing property values and strengthening the local tax base.
