Chicora Commons Apartments are conveniently located at 118 Kittaning Street in Chicora, PA. It consists of 26 one-bedroom apartments of affordable housing for limited-income individuals, age 55 or older. Additional units available for non-income based applicants. Rent is based on income, electric not included; in turn the Housing Authority subtracts a utility allowance from monthly rent calculations. Resident is also responsible for telephone and cable TV.

• $39,840 for individual
• $45,540 for couple
