The Butler County Homeownership Program was established in 1997 to increase homeownership opportunities for low- to moderate-income families in the County. The program not only benefits these families, but the community as a whole by reviving deteriorated housing and spurring revitalization in deteriorating neighborhoods, increasing property values and strengthening the local tax base.
