Our Properties

The Housing and Redevelopment Authorities of the County of Butler manage a range of affordable housing properties across the region, offering safe, well-maintained apartments for low- and moderate-income residents, including seniors and individuals with disabilities. Properties include senior and family communities such as Chicora Commons Apartments (Chicora), Cliffside Apartments (Butler), Graystone Manor (Slippery Rock), Historic Lafayette Apartments (Butler), Maple Court Apartments (Zelienople), and others throughout Butler County. In addition to long-term rental communities, the Authority operates Deshon Place Transitional Housing, providing supportive housing options for eligible individuals. These properties are part of HACB’s commitment to stable, affordable housing with connections to resident services and resources.
