Properties include senior and family communities such as Chicora Commons Apartments (Chicora), Cliffside Apartments (Butler), Graystone Manor (Slippery Rock), Historic Lafayette Apartments (Butler), Maple Court Apartments (Zelienople), and others throughout Butler County. In addition to long-term rental communities, the Authority operates Deshon Place Transitional Housing, providing supportive housing options for eligible individuals.
