The Housing and Redevelopment Authorities of the County of Butler (HACB) Annual Scholarship Program provides financial awards to eligible Butler County residents to support post-secondary education and career training. Scholarships prioritize applicants who demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, community involvement, and a connection to HACB services or assisted housing programs. Awards may be used for tuition, fees, books, and approved educational expenses at accredited colleges, universities, trade schools, or certificate programs. Applicants must submit an application, academic records, a personal statement, and supporting documentation by the published deadline. Recipients are selected by a review committee and notified before the start of the academic term.
